Just before Christmas, Matthias returns from his job to his ancestral mountain village in Transylvania. He doesn’t fully trust the upbringing of his son Rudi and longs to see his Hungarian ex, Csilla, again. Upon arrival, he notices the residents living in unrest, especially when Csilla offers two foreigners jobs in her bakery.
